Shipping & Deivery

We provide FREE packing and shipping within India.

For international deliveries, shipping charges are based on actual or volumetric weight, destination country etc which will be auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight of the artwork purchased and will be added to the total cost of painting to be paid when you place the order and proceed to make the payment.  For multiple artworks purchase for international deliveries, please write to contact@eindiaartfestival.com for shipping charges discount.

We do not deliver artworks to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, naval ports etc.

All artwork orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Indian Time (GMT+5.5 hours).

To save time and cost, most of the smaller paintings with the stretcher or bigger paintings in roll form are shipped by air.  In rare cases, Heavy impasto Paintings with stretcher, collages and sculptures are shipped by surface within India or by sea for international deliveries.

Delivery time frame including packing, insurance, forwarding and shipping period till doorstep delivery within India is approximately 6 to 12 working days depending on courier options available like surface transport or by air for your location. For all international deliveries, the time taken depends on the destination country and city, our logistics partners, their affiliates at the destination etc. The international delivery period is 10 to 21 working days depending on above parameters from order acceptance date.

Once the order is dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. For all domestic and international deliveries, you may check and track the delivery status of your orders online at our local logistics partner’s website by entering tracking number provided by us.

The artwork(s) will be shipped to the Buyer only after full payment has been realised including additional charges towards taxes and shipping cost for international deliveries along with the completion of required documentation as requested by India Art Festival.

We always suggest for transit insurance and include the insurance premium in the additional cost, unless buyer advises otherwise. Buyer is responsible for filing insurance claims if any with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

If the Buyer chose to collect the artwork himself/herself from IAF office, he/she shall collect the artwork from India Art Festival office, Mumbai or Affiliate office, New Delhi within two weeks. Failure in collecting the artworks withing two weeks will result in additional storage cost which buyer might have to pay upon artwork collection.
Shipping address can be changed before artworks are dispatched from our office. However, you have to e-mail us your new shipping address at contact@indiaartfestival.com as the order  cannot be modified through my account. You can change the shipping address only if artworks are not dispatched from our office.

Artworks are shipped out generally from our Mumbai office and in select cases from New Delhi affiliate office. In few cases, the artworks may be shipped directly from the origin location of exhibiting art gallery or artist.
