The artworks at eindiaartfestival.com directly come from the individual artists and art galleries who participate at India Art Festival, New Delhi and Mumbai editions respectively.

What is the guarantee of genuineness of artworks at eindiaartfestival.com

As the artworks directly come from the artists & art galleries, which are publicly displayed and viewed by 55,000 discerning art buyers, artists, art gallerist and art lovers annually at Mumbai and New Delhi, it is beyond doubt that the artworks lack genuineness. India Art Festival follows very strict policy on authenticity and provides the one-year guarantee on authenticity and buyer can return the artwork within a year if the artwork is found to be of doubtful authenticity. Can I personally view the artwork featured on eindiaartfestival.com?

Yes, it is possible to view artworks in certain cases depending on the origin location of artwork. However, artworks can be certainly viewed in the next edition of India Art Festival (IAF) at Mumbai or New Delhi. For next IAF edition schedule, please visit www.indiaartfestival.com

Buying Artworks and Payment Options

Do I need to register with eindiaartfestival.com to buy the artwork?

Yes, you need to register and provide the required information in order to courier you the artwork you purchase and keep you updated on your order status, intimate you dispatch and shipping schedule etc.

How do I register/create an account in eindiaartfestival.com?

Please click on ‘Login/Register’ followed by ‘Create an Account’, fill the accurate particulars, as these details will be used to contact, and update you.

How do I buy artwork?

To buy the artwork you want, click on it and add it to your cart. When all the artworks you want are added to the cart, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information filled in is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

What are the payment options available for artworks purchased at eindiaartfestival.com?

eindiaartfestival.com accepts payments by wire transfer or NEFT directly to our bank account which is to be manually done by you through net banking or writing to your bank for wire transfer. Our bank account details are available on the payment gateway page where you will be guided, once you check out after placing an order. The other option on the page available is to make the payment through secured EBS payment gateway in which all-major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express are accepted.

Is it risky to submit debit/credit card details in the payment gateway?

No, you can absolutely stay relaxed with eindiaartfestival.com and pay using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card without any risk. No one at eindiaartfestival.com can access your credit/debit card details as the digits you enter get encrypted due to SSL software as you input it from your end.

Do I need to pay commission to eindiaartfestival.com for artwork purchase?

No, we do not charge any commission from the buyer and your credit/debit card will be charged only listed price, applicable taxes plus shipping charges for international deliveries.

How will I know if my buy order is accepted?

After you have placed the order for artwork(s), you will receive an e-mail from eindiaartfestival.com to confirm that the artwork you purchased is available in our stock and order is accepted. However, please note that artworks you purchased will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified or payment made by wire transfer/NEFT to our bank account is credited. At all times, you can keep track of order status like order acceptance, shipping, tracking number through ‘My Account’ by logging to eindiaartfestival.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my artworks buy order be processed?

All artwork orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Indian Time (GMT+5.5 hours).

How long does it take to receive artworks after online order at eindiaartfestival.com?

Delivery time frame including packing, insurance, forwarding and shipping period till doorstep delivery within India is approximately 6 to 12 working days depending on courier options available like surface transport or by air for your location. For all international deliveries, the time taken depends on the destination country and city, our logistics partners, their affiliates at the destination etc. The international delivery period is 10 to 21 working days depending on above parameters from order acceptance date.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order is dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. For all domestic and international deliveries, you may check and track the delivery status of your orders online at our local logistics partner’s website by entering tracking number provided by us.

What are the shipping charges?

eindiaartfestival offers FREE packing and shipping within India. For international deliveries, shipping charges are based on actual or volumetric weight, destination country etc which will be auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight of the artwork purchased and will be added to the total cost of painting to be paid.  For multiple artworks purchase for international deliveries, please write to contact@eindiaartfestival.com for shipping charges discount.

Will artworks be insured for shipping?

Yes, artworks in transit are always insured on your behalf by eindiaartfestival.com unless specified otherwise by you.

Do we need to pay import duties for international shipping?

Yes, for international shipping you may have to pay applicable duties or taxes directly to shipping company upon receipt of artwork if they have paid it on your behalf to tax authorities in your country. Many times, customs authorities inspect international shipments for taxes if applicable in the respective countries.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been accepted?

Yes, it is possible before artworks are dispatched from our office. However, you have to e-mail us your new shipping address at contact@indiaartfestival.com as the order cannot be modified through my account. You can change the shipping address only if artworks are not dispatched from our office.

Where are the artworks shipped out from?

Artworks are shipped out generally from our Mumbai office and in select cases from New Delhi affiliate office. In few cases, the artworks may be shipped directly from the origin location of exhibiting art gallery or artist.

Can I collect artworks from eindiaartfestival.com office?

Yes, it is possible to collect artworks you have purchased from our Mumbai office or New Delhi affiliate office depending on from where they are shipped out. Please do write us at contact@indiaartfestival.com if you wish to collect the artwork you have purchased at eindiaartfestival.com.

What is the method of shipping artworks?

To save time and cost, most of the smaller paintings with the stretcher or bigger paintings in roll form are shipped by air.  In rare cases, Heavy impasto Paintings with stretcher, collages and sculptures are shipped by surface within India or by sea for international deliveries.
